Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Weeklie, a weekly planner that shows your Google Calendar and Outlook calendar on one week with a task list beside it. By signing up for or using Weeklie, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You sign in to Weeklie with Whop. You are responsible for keeping your Whop account secure and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.

3. Subscription, trial and billing

Weeklie is a paid subscription, sold and billed through Whop. Current prices are shown on the pricing page. New subscriptions may include a free trial; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the plan you chose.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in Weeklie's Settings or from your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are handled by Whop under its own terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Connected calendars

When you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, you allow Weeklie to read your calendar and to create, move and delete events when you ask it to. Your calendar provider stays the source of truth: changes you make in Weeklie are made in that calendar. You can disconnect a calendar at any time.

Your use of Google and Microsoft services is also covered by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side that stop Weeklie from reaching your calendar.

5. Your content

Your tasks, settings and calendar data remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run Weeklie for you. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Weeklie: no attempts to break into or disrupt the service, no use of it to break the law, and no reselling or sharing of your account. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Changes to the service

We keep improving Weeklie and may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering Weeklie altogether, we will give you reasonable notice.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep Weekliereliable, but it is provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your calendar provider as your record of important events. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Weeklie and cancel your subscription at any time, and delete your account in Settings as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Weeklie after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any consumer protections the law of your home country gives you.
